Winter Wear

Image and video hosting by TinyPic
Coat: H&M, Shirt: vintage, Jeans: H&M, Boots: Minimarket

Wore this out to watch The Green Hornet (which I definitely recommend). Trying to stay warm with my black coat from H&M + a couple of layers.

All this ice is making it almost impossible for me to wear any heel over 3" during the week. I've already taken a tumble on my way to the bus stop in the morning.
Keeping that in mind, I'm looking for a low heeled boot to replace my payless ones which are sadly about to fall apart. I have a few ideas in mind but let me know if you have any suggestions.

i had the same problem walking around nyc with shoes < 3", until i found these dolce vita "jagger" shearling booties from 80spurple.com.
they're tall enough so we won't have to sacrifice our height/chicness, yet safe enough to walk around in rain/snow w.o having to worry about tumbling down the road.
here's the link:

hope they have your size!if not, the dolcevita site has lots on sale too!

I feel you so much on the boots thing, too. I'm tired of ice, but I'm tired of looking like a climbing Sherpa with my furry Timberlands. Sure I can change at the office, but I sure look SILLY when I go grocery shopping or running errands and have to stay warm.

Chloe Sevigny for Opening Ceremony has a few pairs of nice ruged under three inch boots. I love your outits, by the way, especially your zipper back boots.
