Time for Layering

After the snow yesterday and sudden drop in temperature I feel seriously confused about what to wear. A few days ago I was comfortable wearing a sweater and one light jacket and today I was still chilly wearing four layers and a big fur collar.

It looks like the next thing on my shopping list is going to have to be a new winter coat.

Aubergine

I love the dark and kind of hard to place color of this aubergine blouse from T by Alexander Wang. I especially like pairing it with black pieces for an almost monochromatic outfit with a hint of color.

Navy Sweater

I've definitely gotten into wearing the same easy pieces every day. Ninety percent of the time this means a sweater (like this navy one from T by Alexander Wang), skinny jeans, a belt, and my Acne pistol boots.

While I appreciate the ease of having a 'uniform' I still can't help feeling a little bored. Lately I've been wanting to incorporate some more mixed prints and layers into my wardrobe. Right now I'm wanting some florals/snakeskin and burgundy/navy. Easy changes.
