Summer Essentials

Sandals: Dolce Vita, Shorts: Ksubi

I've already worn both of these to death this summer. Distressed denim shorts are really the easiest thing to wear in this heat and these are definitely my favorite everyday pair.
I kind of gave up trying to find comfortable platform sandals and just went with something low and versatile.

Favorite

My current favorite shirt. I have a soft spot for sleeveless blouses and I love the snakeskin pattern on the sheer fabric.

New Space

Hat: UO, Tee: H&M, Pants: UO, Boots: Acne

Obviously not the best lighting here, but I wanted to do a quick outfit post in my new apartment.
I'm pretty excited about having an open wall and hardwood floors.

Back From My Vacation

Well unfortunately I haven't been on vacation this whole time but I was in Miami and Key West for a week at the end of last month so that explains these pictures. The weather was consistently beautiful and I was really in need of a break.

After I came home I went back to work and started packing like crazy so I could move from Philly to New York that coming weekend. I've already been here a few weeks and I love my new apartment. It doesn't hurt that it now takes me about 30min to get to work instead of 2hrs.

So basically my excuse for abandoning my blog is that I was busy and I only had internet installed today. Now I just need a photographer to help me take outfit photos and I'll be back on track!
