Technical Difficulties

Sorry for the unexplained absence! I've been having a bad week.
The power cord for my laptop broke and I've been waiting for a replacement. It still hasn't arrived so I can't do anything about outfit posts at the moment. I've also developed some eye problem so I'm not feeling too photo ready right now anyway.

Valentines

Valentines day for me, just like most of my life, centered around fashion.

My first stop was Mood to pick up some thin black cotton jersey for my sportswear class. Next I went out to eat with my boyfriend and walked around Times Square. Then it was off to a cafe to meet up with Chictopia's Helen, Claire, Lily, Camille, and Juliana. They are all in nyc for NY fashion week and are super busy with shows. I also met Susie from Style Bubble briefly. Pretty surreal. Just looking around at all the stylishly dressed people you could tell something was happening.

It all makes me wish for the day I have my own runway show :)

So obviously I'm not in NYC for the Chictopia party tonight :(
I just couldn't justify spending the whole night/morning there with the amount of work I have to do.
However, I will be going into the city during the day tomorrow. I'm hoping to get my fabric shopping done and have a potential blogger meetup? I'll also be having some V-day fun with my boyfriend so it should be a productive day.

Snow Day

It's snowing like crazy here right now and I am not looking forward to walking to school tomorrow. I'll probably have to wear something like this parka to keep my hair somewhat warm and dry.
